The interior condition of this boat is impeccable, looking very much the same as it did the day it was delivered. The salon, like the rest of the yacht, has the craftsmanship that has made Grand Banks a premier builder. Full teak throughout, with teak and holly flooring.
The helm features an oversized Stidd seat that is fully adjustable, with a door to starboard for easy access to the deck. The visibility is unobstructed and perfect for North Pacific waters. The instrumentation is easily accessible and well laid out, making this yacht a joy to run.
Two steps down from the main level, the galley is bright, well thought out and keeps the user part of the action. An island separates it from the salon, and a large pull up storage space provides a spot for all cookware and other items.
Aft of the main salon, the master accommodations are spacious, comfortable and well appointed.
Located in the forward starboard section of the master cabin, there is full height throughout. Corian countertops with fine teak finishings make this a step above the heads found in other vessels of this size.
Located forward of the main salon, the guest accommodations offer maximum separation from the master accommodations. You'll barely know your guests are onboard once it's time to sleep. Your guests will be comfortable, however, as the cabin is a step above the classic Grand Banks V-berth.
Accessible either from the guest cabin or main salon, the guest head has Corian flooring and is designed for easy cleaning.
The teak decks on Charleton are in excellent condition. They are direct epoxied with no screws and show minimal wear. The cap rails are stainless with teak lower rails and wide walk-around decks with relatively low freeboard. Access to the main salon is through a door to port, and from there steps lead to the flybridge.
All systems from the lower helm are available at the flybridge helm, with dual helm chair for pleasant crossings. A generous settee with teak table to starboard offers ideal entertaining space.
The engine and attendant systems have been regularly serviced, and the ship's log and engine manuals are onboard. The engine room is clean and well laid out.
