First 36.7

$127,500 CAD

Vancouver, BC

Sparkle Plenty is a lovely example of this incredible design. The Beneteau First 36.7 is a slightly smaller yet updated version of the First 40.7, both from legendary designer Bruce Farr. Truly a dual purpose yacht that can be a highly competitive race boat, while being user friendly with a great interior for wonderfully comfortable cruising. Sparkle Plenty is in fine condition, updated, and comes well outfitted  with Espar heat, good electronics, updated electrical, folding prop and a great sail inventory. And priced to sell.

The 36.7 was produced with close scrutiny to of the weight and. application of materials. The hull is solid hand laid GRP, using vinyl ester resins, and pre-cut laminates to ensure proper dimensions where needed.

The deck is sandwich-cored for a high strength to weight ration, and with the core removed and replaced with solid glass and backing plates where deck gear is installed.

The interior liner is unidirectional GRP laminate, bonded to the hull, providing incredible stiffness and strength. Main bulkheads are bonded 360 degrees to the hull and deck

The 36.7 is built to CE Class A, for open ocean sailing.
