CHILLAX is a 2004 Navigator 4400 Classic, a well-proportioned pilothouse cruiser with a practical two-stateroom, two-head layout, lower helm, large salon, generous galley and a spacious flybridge. The yacht has been freshwater boathouse kept and is in excellent condition.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta TAMD63L-A diesels rated at 318 hp each, she offers the flexibility to cruise economically at approximately 10 knots while still being capable of speeds around 18 knots. A Side-Power bow thruster makes close-quarters handling easier, and the 10 kW Kohler generator supports the boat comfortably away from the dock.
The interior makes very good use of the available space. The two-stateroom, two-head layout makes very good use of the available space, with extensive storage and high-gloss wood joinery throughout.
The master stateroom is aft and features a queen berth with access along both sides, bedside cabinetry, opening portlights, a large hanging locker and additional built-in storage. The adjoining head has a vanity, electric toilet and separate enclosed stall shower.
The forward guest stateroom has a large double berth, overhead hatch, extensive surrounding cabinetry and additional storage. A Splendide washer/dryer is conveniently installed beneath the berth. The guest head also has a vanity, electric toilet and separate stall shower.
The salon is bright and comfortable, with large windows on both sides providing excellent natural light. High-gloss wood joinery gives the space a warm, finished feel, while the light upholstery and headliner keep the interior from feeling dark.
A large curved leather settee provides generous seating, complemented by two upholstered club chairs and an oval wood coffee table. Forward, the built-in entertainment centre and cabinetry provide additional storage without taking away from the open feel of the room. The salon connects easily to the cockpit aft and the galley and lower helm forward.
The galley is located forward on the main level and remains open to the lower helm and dinette, creating a very functional cruising layout. Large windows make the space bright, while generous counter space and substantial built-in storage provide room for both everyday use and longer trips.
A full-height refrigerator/freezer is integrated into the cabinetry, with the microwave mounted above. The double stainless steel sink is positioned beneath the side windows, leaving a useful amount of uninterrupted work surface.
The lower helm is well laid out and positioned for excellent visibility through the large forward and side windows. A proper helm chair, clear sightlines and easy access to the surrounding controls make this a comfortable station for running the boat in all weather.
The helm is arranged with analogue engine instrumentation directly ahead and navigation electronics grouped within easy reach. The adjacent dinette provides a comfortable place for passengers to sit while underway without crowding the helm.

The engine room is clean, well lit and neatly laid out, with good access to the main engines and major service points. The machinery space is insulated and the installation is straightforward, with the generator, fuel filtration and other systems all readily accessible.
