From the dock, board either side through gates to the side decks, or from the swim platform aft to the cockpit.
The side decks are wide and covered, offering safe secure passage all around the yacht's exterior, protected from sun and rain.
From the cockpit, enter the salon through double sliding fibreglass doors, with heavy glass panels, the interior is finished in teak.
Salon and galley on one level integrated together, with a bar counter separating the galley work space from the salon's view, making an open yet private space while entertaining.
From here, go up to the pilothouse, or down to the master stateroom.
Laundry is in the aft foyer leading to the primary stateroom.
Primary stateroom next with king size bed, all manner of storage lockers, and ensuite head with shower stall.
The pilothouse is up from the galley and salon, with a passthrough from the galley, providing 360 degree views. Port and starboard doors to the side decks. There is a large settee and table, and stairs up aft to the flybridge.
Stairs down from the pilothouse to the guest area with two guest cabins and a guest head with shower stall.
Stairs up from the pilothouse to the upper helm, fly bridge, and boat deck.
This is a very thoughtful and useful layout with two separate accommodations areas. First: steps down, across from the galley, leads to a foyer with storage and laundry cabinets, then to the primary stateroom with ensuite head and shower. The second leads down from the starboard side of the pilothouse, to the two guest cabins and guest head. All cabins have new mattresses and updated lighting.
Primary Stateroom Midships
Down gently sloped stairs from the salon, is the primary stateroom with the king size bed, and ensuite head and shower. This cabin is sumptuous, being the full width of the hull, elegantly proportioned and well designed. Abundant storage in two cedar lined hanging lockers, with automatic light, and more than two dozen drawers and lockers. There is also emergency access to the pilothouse.
Laundry is located in the foyer to the primary cabin, in a dedicated locker, with Maytag washer and Whirlpool dryer, behind teak double louvered doors.
Primary Head and Shower
An extra-wide pocket door slides out of the way to the private ensuite head and shower, with lots of storage and counter space.
Forward Guest Area
Down the steps from the pilothouse to the guest foyer. There are two storage lockers within the foyer stairway. Red “night-light” safety lights on steps.
VIP Guest Cabin
The VIP guest cabin is forward, with queen berth, two cedar lined hanging lockers, with automatic light, further storage in numerous louvered teak lockers, shelves, and a rather massive area under the berth, easily accessed through large louvered teak doors.
Port Guest Cabin
The third cabin is to port of the foyer with stacked bunk berths and a small settee.
Guest Head and Shower
The guest head is accessed directly from the forward VIP cabin as described above, or via the foyer, for the port cabin's guests or day guests’ use. There is a large dedicated shower stall, opening port light, and opening overhead hatch. The teak joinery detail within the cabinetry is impressive.
From the cockpit, enter the salon through double sliding doors. To port is a large U-shaped settee with convertible dining/coffee table.
The salon is wonderfully spacious, bright and laid out for lounging in comfort, or lavish entertaining. The cockpit doors are framed glass, which, combined with the huge side and aft windows, bring the environment in to life aboard, with abundant natural light and views in all directions.
The galley, just forward of the salon, is separated by a raised counter, leaving the galley work in the galley, but still being open and inclusive to the salon space. The salon and galley areas are also open to the pilothouse, via a breezeway or pass through, increasing the sense of light, and inclusive space. This distinctive Offshore design feature allows complete 360 degree visibility from the pilothouse.
The galley is U-shaped with Corian counter tops, double stainless steel sinks, opening port and starboard windows, ample working space, and incredible storage in numerous pantry lockers, cupboards and drawers.
A stainless steel barbecue mounts to a custom fitting in the cockpit.
Pilothouse
The pilothouse features two Stidd helm seats, side doors accessing the port and starboard side decks, a companionway forward and down to the guest cabins, a stairway up and aft to the fully enclosed flybridge, a bar area, a hi-low table and L-settee with spectacular views all around. 360 degree visibility is exceptional from the helm seats, including looking aft to either side of the vessel.
Lower Helm
Controls and navigation systems (described below in their respective sections) are well laid out and easy at hand.
The flybridge is accessed via stairs up from the pilothouse through a large glass door. The upper helm seat is on the centreline, with a mate's seat to port.
A large L-shaped settee to port surrounds two adjustable tables on stainless steel pedestals. To starboard in this area is a wet bar with a drinks refrigerator, storage locker, sink, and counter. To port is more storage, and there is storage under the settees.
Aft of the flybridge helm and seating area is the boat deck, with the tender and crane, and storage for all water toys and crab and prawn pots. The factory extended the boat deck aft three feet, which adds upper deck area, and better covers the cockpit, allowing a proper enclosure to be fitted.

AC and DC power services the vessel through circuit breaker panels with appropriate voltage and ampere gauges. 110VAC provided by 50 Amp shore connection (bow or stern), by the generator, or, based on available house bank battery power, through the inverter.
At sea, the batteries are charged by engine or generator driven alternators and while at a dock, by the inverters and chargers via shorepower.
Motive power is via twin MAN D2876LE401, at 700 hp each. The has had three owners, and these robust engines have been consistently and diligently serviced throughout the vessel's life.
Displacement speeds of approximately 8 knots (900 PRM) will burn 16 US gallons per hour (total), and give just over 1 NM per US gallon. 1,500 RPM pushes the vessel at 13 knots, burning 28 US gallons per hour (total), and give approximately 0.50 NM per gallon.
Engine room access is via a hatch near the galley, or a separate hatch in the cockpit. This way, a technician visiting the machinery space does not need to enter the boat to access the workspace.
