The hull features a 55-degree deadrise at the stem, transitioning to a constant 22-degree deadrise at the transom. This offers superior handling and a dry ride in choppy water. Mark Ellis used a radiused centerline and three pairs of lifting strakes that allow the boat to plane effectively at a variety of speeds.
