Sonoran Sea is a superb example of the very popular Bayliner 3888 sedan style cabin cruiser. The floor plan is well thought out and works in all manners.
Step aboard onto the swim platform and through a transom gate into the spacious aft cockpit. The cockpit features a swing-out teak table with two deck chairs. A door from the cockpit leads to the engine room which has been upgraded with slipknot aluminum decking on the floorboards. To your left is the LORAX fuel polishing system. The engine room is well appointed, maintenance is current, all systems check out well. Hoses, Belts, pumps, batteries, heat exchangers and risers are all in good order and the bilge is very clean. A pleasure to work on and to see.
Walking through the sliding door you are in the Salon, with its wet bar, lower helm station, and a burnished copper-topped dinette table. There is ample seating for six adults. The dinette folds down into an additional berth. Woodwork and upholstery are fresh and appealing to your eyes, the view out the windows is superb, either for cruising or when sitting at anchorage.
Step down a few steps is the well-equipped galley with high quality appliances including a new refrigerator/freezer and a Wolf Gourmet oven. Plenty of storage cupboards for food and utentsils.
Across from the galley is the guest stateroom, double size bed, reading lights, cupboards, and access to the main head. The head features a small bathtub and shower. The forward end of the companionway is the entrance to the master stateroom. Here you will find a queen size island berth, plenty of storage in drawers, reading lights, hanging locker, overhead hatch. A private head is located in the forward stateroom and a sliding door from the stateroom provides access to the tub/shower in the main head.
Up on the flybridge you have world class view, which you can enjoy all year around in the comfort of a complete canvas enclosure held up by a custom hard standing frame.Seating and upholstry have been upgraded. Helm station is central and well laid out with upgraded electronics, including an integrated rear view camera so the skipper can see the mate during docking manoeuvres
