Albemarie is a well respected name for off shore fishing. Designed and built in North Carolina by a company that has been around for 40 years. This hull design is perfect for off shore fishing, as well as cruising the Straight of Georgia, the jack shaft technology puts the engine weight forward, helping stability in a heavy sea. Deep V hull and a 23 degree deadrise at the stern means you can keep control in a following sea, as well as turn on a dime. All their boats feature welded aluminum, colour matched windshield and custom fitted hard tops and enclousures. The small cutty cab gives you some dry room, vee berth for two, built in rod holders. Full enclosure will allow you to fish all year around heated by a Buss heater.
Three areas of enjoyment, aft cockpit for fishing, including transom fish locker, fresh water cockpit washdown, cannon ball holders, and wired for electric down riggers. On each side below the deck level are two built in rod holers. The bulwarks are padded for knees to lean against when fishing. The mid ship engine cover has a forward/aft facing seat, great place to sit and watch the rods and to be ready for action.
Mid ship under the hard top and inside the enclosure is the helm seat and co-pilot seat, both seats swivil to face forward or aft. Overhead locker for electronics or storage. The helm seat offers great visability all around with easy reading of all instruments and shifter controls. There is also remote anchor controls for when you want to drop the anchor. On the outside of the sturdy aluminum frame work are 6 rocket launchers for more rods or nets. Two forward windows with windshield wipers, plus isenglass windows between the glass and roof top.
Inside the cuddy cab is a vee berth configuration, great for dry storage or those occasional overnight sleeps. there are also 6 built in rod holders for safe lockable storage.Overhead hatch for fresh air.
This boat is now sitting in a winter storage shed, where it will stay until a sea trial is requested. Easy to view any time but hard to get good clear bright photos, I apologize for some of the darkness in the photos
