Walk through the big sliding back door
VIP GUEST CABIN
The VIP aft cabin is on the port side. Step down and you are greeted by a big queen size bed. There is a vanity with sink, large hanging locker, shelving, sliding window and upgraded horizontal blinds. The entire cabin closes up for privacy.
At Midship, a large U shape settee with Ultra Leather and a great feature, inter-changeable coffee/dining table. Huge visibility from all the sliding windows All the windows come with screens.
The Galley has a Seaward 2 Burner Electrical Cooktop. Panasonic Microwave, Norcold full-size Fridge/Freezer. Lots of room for provisions for extended stays. Double Stainless Steel Sinks with a pullout nozzle head. Immediately astern of the fridge is your AC/DC Electrical Panes and Fresh Water/Waste Water gauges. Anchor Breaker. Kenwood USB/CD Marine Stereo with KLH Speakers.
LOWER HELM STATION
Step forward to the lower helm. The Raymarine A78 MFD GPS radio was upgraded in 2015. Chart Canada Goldray 201, 390 GPS Receiver, Autohelm ST50 Depth, speed Tridata, Auto Pilot, Navigation and Anchor lights, horn/wiper controls. Ritchie Compass, Boat Leveler Trim Tabs,Volvo Penta Port and Starboard engine guages. 120V heater w/thermostat and Bus Air Control for heaters and defoggers. ZF Mathers Micro Commander controls and transfer. And a great opposing bench to the settee.
In the V Berth is the master cabin. A huge King Bed. There is a hatch for fresh air w/screen and blackout cover. A large hanging locker. Seperate 120V heater w/thermostat. O2 sensor. 4 large drawers under the bed provide for ample storage. There is a seat on the port side that converts to even more bed space if desired.
HEAD AND SHOWER
The Head has a full size shower with Seat, hand held shower head, glass door, exhaust fan and light. Vanity with stainless sink, mirror. Lights and opening port hole. A pocket sliding door for privacy.
Outside - In the Cockpit you will notice a neat and tidy 9'Achilles Tender with Keel Board and Wheels. Powered by a 3.5 Mercury 4 stroke updated in 2015. A remote Ram 3 VHF/AIS/GPS and Raymarine Depth Sounder. On both sides are Scotty Side Mounts and cockpit button down floor cover. There is one Scotty Downrigger included.
Everyone's favourite place is to be up on the Flybridge. Raymarine C90W MFD with digital radar, sound and Platinum Charts. Standard Horizon VHF/AIS/GPS. loud hailer and fog signals with remote Ram 3. Autohelm ST50 NavCentre. Anchor lights. horn/wiper controls. Ritchie Compass, Trim Tabs. Volvo Engines Gauges (one just replaced) 120V Heater w/thermostats and Bus air control for heater and defoggers.
The view from the captains and first mates chairs are fantastic. On the Starboard side is a great bench for friends and family. and another bench astern. The Lexan and canvas are in incredible shape. All the seats come with Sunbrella covers. This is a great layout that provides you with fantastic visability either at sea or on the docks.
HULL AND DECK
June 2017 was the annual haul-out. Fresh bottom paint and aluminum anodes in place of zincs. 3 on each shaft, divers dream and pancakes on the trim tabs. The entire hull gleams from stem to stern.
The Swim Grid is equipped with a Stainless Steel Ladder.
On the bow is a Maxwell 500 Anchor Windlass. A new 15kg/33 lb Rocna Anchor equipped with 150' of Galvanized 1/2" G4 Chain. Foot switches by the windlass are duplicated at the FlyBridge. Clean and tidy stainless steel fender holder. Top it all off with the Front Window sun cover and one for the sliding door in the cockpit.
You carry 200 Gallons of fuel, 100 gallons of water and 40 gallons for your holding tank.
ENGINES AND MECHANICAL
Twin Volvo Penta Tamd 41D with 200HP Hurst V Drives. The Port engine has 1360 hours and the Starboard 1390 hours. With the high price of fuel you will love the economy of these engines. At 2000 rpm you are burning only 2 gph per engine.
The clean and tidy lazarette is Balmor Kubota 6.5kw Diesel Generator just 310 hours and sips only .3 Gals per Hour.
As you would expect from a Coast Guard Coxwain, spare bronze props and a spare prop shaft. 2 Bilge pumps and your Macerator pump in its own port side locker.
Xantrex Freedom 10 Marine Invertor/Charge power your two 12 volt Starter Batteries, two12 Volt Invertor Batteries all replaced in 2016. The two 6 volt House Batteries were replaced in 2015.
Your Smart Plug is 30Amps with 50' Cable. You have a Galvanic Isolator in the Engine Room.
